Michael Keller, MD

Michael Keller MD is an immunologist, associate professor and Director of the Translational Research Lab in the Program for Cell Enhancement and Technologists for Immunotherapy (CETI), and the Jeffrey Modell Research and Diagnostic Center for Primary Immunodeficiency Disorders. He specializes in diagnosis and treatment of inborn errors of immunity and primary immunodysregulatory disorders with a focus on targeted and definitive therapies. His research focuses on T cell immunotherapy for prevention or treatment of viral infections in immunocompromised patients, including those who have undergone hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. He has led over 10 investigator-initiated Phase I-II clinical trials of T cell immunotherapy in the CETI program. He completed his medical degree at Duke University, followed by training in pediatrics at Johns Hopkins Hospital and fellowship in Allergy/Immunology at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. He lives in Maryland with his wife and two sons.
