My name is Erica Little, and I am excited to introduce myself as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator here at Children's National. I have been part of the fantastic Talent Acquisition team for almost three years now, and it has been an incredible journey. 

Throughout my time here, I've had the pleasure of working on both the employee and non-employee sides, gaining valuable experience and insights along the way. It has been a truly rewarding experience, and I am grateful for the opportunities I have had to grow and contribute to our team.
