Lecture Description:
This presentation aims to describe the changing burden of medical and psychosocial late effects in survivors of childhood acute lymphoblastic leukemia. The presentation will review specific treatment exposure-related risks for late effects including the impact of therapy changes over time include risk-stratification. It will also discuss potentially modifiable risk factors and identify opportunities to improve outcomes through prevention or reductions in late effects risk.
