Tara Schiffhauer Villanueva is the Center Director of House of Ruth’s Kidspace Child and Family Development Center in Washington, DC and has been with the organization for 24 years. She truly enjoys her work of being a source of support for very young children and their families, especially those who have experienced homelessness, domestic violence and other trauma. She has a master’s degree in Early Childhood Special Education and is the mother of two children.
